You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the records and files you add.

The current free service supports one property and up to 250 MB of document storage per account. We may adjust limits or introduce optional paid features in the future. We will communicate material changes before they take effect.

You retain ownership of the content you add. You give HouseRecord permission to host, copy, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, including syncing it across your devices and displaying information through share links you create.

You control who receives invitations and share links. Recipients may copy information they can view, so you should revoke access when it is no longer appropriate. You must have the right to share any personal or property information you make available.

HouseRecord is an organizational tool. Maintenance schedules, guides, reminders, contractor listings, and reports are general information and are not a substitute for an inspection or advice from a qualified professional. Always follow manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.

We work to keep HouseRecord reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and third-party services may sometimes be unavailable. Keep independent copies of records you cannot afford to lose.

You may stop using HouseRecord and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a serious or repeated violation of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, HouseRecord is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. HouseRecord is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.

We may update these terms as HouseRecord evolves. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
